Abu Dhabi Summer Sports attracts fitness fans across the UAE. The event takes place at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. However, many visitors ask about parking rules before driving to the venue. Is parking free for all participants?
The answer depends on the official rules for each edition. During the 2025 event, organisers offered free parking for active participants. Yet, the 2026 event page lists Car Parks A and B without promising free entry. Therefore, drivers should check updated details before attending Abu Dhabi Summer Sports.
Abu Dhabi Summer Sports Parking Guide
Parking rules change across different years. For example, the 2025 season provided free parking from 6 AM to 1 AM daily. This setup allowed guests to stay active without paying extra fees.
In contrast, the 2026 event page confirms parking space but omits free parking statements. Thus, visitors must verify current guidelines to avoid unexpected costs.
Where Is Abu Dhabi Summer Sports Held?
Abu Dhabi Summer Sports uses the massive halls inside ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. The event features over 29 indoor games across 48,000 square metres. As a result, athletes enjoy comfortable spaces away from the heat.
- The indoor venue hosts football, basketball, and padel courts.
- The main area includes running tracks and badminton courts.
- The facility offers temperature-controlled zones for every game.
Because the venue is huge, choosing the right entry gate saves time.
Finding the Right ADNEC Car Park
ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi features several main parking buildings. For this event, visitors mainly use Car Park A and Car Park B.
Car Park A sits near the Aloft Abu Dhabi hotel. Drivers can enter from President Joko Widodo Street. Meanwhile, Car Park B stands near the Andaz Capital Gate Hotel on Al Multaqa Street. Always follow local signs to reach open spaces quickly.
How to Reach Abu Dhabi Summer Sports Easily
Reaching the venue by car is very simple. However, heavy traffic can slow down your journey during peak hours.

- Follow event signage once you enter the area.
Consequently, arriving early helps you avoid long delays at gate entrances.
